Operations Intelligence Platform

The Operations Intelligence Platform for Asset-Heavy Enterprises.

One platform that structurally integrates EAM, CMMS, ITSM, and field service. Lucendus is built event-native, AI-structural, and compliance-aligned from the inception. Not bolted on, not stitched together.

What changes with Lucendus

One platform, structurally integrated.

Asset-heavy operations have spent twenty years stitching together legacy categories. We built one platform that structurally integrates them.

  • Asset of Record

    The legacy stiched stack

Each tool's own copy, kept in sync via integrations.

    Daurada Prime

One Asset Registry. Native. Every other surface reads from it.

  • Work Item

    The legacy stiched stack

A ticket here, a work order there, a case somewhere else.

    Daurada Prime

One unified WorkOrder model spanning incidents, requests, maintenance changes, inspections, and more.

  • Insight

    The legacy stiched stack

Pulled from each tool's BI separately, joined in Excel.

    Daurada Prime

Live from one event stream and one semantic graph. No nightly extract.

  • AI

    The legacy stiched stack

    One bolted-on copilot per vendor.

    Daurada Prime

One AI host with context across the whole platform: assets, work, knowledge, sensors, and signals.

  • Compliance

    The legacy stiched stack

A paid tier on each vendor.

    Daurada Prime

Aligned with the frameworks that matter where you operate — GDPR and EU AI Act for European customers, SOC-2 alignment for US, with regional data residency. Built in from the inception, not as a tier.

Separate tools, no common view

Why the legacy stack falls short

Here's what "the legacy stitched stack" actually looks like in your operation today and the cost it imposes when you try to ask simple cross-cutting questions.

An EAM that doesn't speak to the help desk

Maximo or SAP PM holds the asset master, but the ITSM tool that handles internal requests has its own copy. They drift.

Two systems of record

An ITSM that doesn't know what an asset is

ServiceNow is great at routing tickets between humans. It can't tell you whether the failing pump has an open work order or a service contract.

Asset-blind

Field service in a separate system

SalesForce Field Service or ServiceMax run their own scheduling, against their own asset cache, with their own technician records.

Three IDs per asset.

A BI tool reconciling all of it on Tuesdays

The dashboards live in Power BI or Tableau, against a stale extract from each. By the time the meeting starts, the numbers don't agree.

4-hour reconciliation cost

"AI" bolted onto each, separately

Each vendor ships an AI module that reads its own data. No vendor's AI sees the whole picture.

Four siloed copilots

Compliance as a paid add-on

Audit trails, data-residency controls, regulatory alignment (GDPR, EU AI Act, SOC-2) — sold as a tier upgrade by most platforms.

Compliance tax
From spreadsheets to a unified platform

Three phases. Progressive onboarding. No rip-and-replace.

01

Bring your data in

AI-assisted import from spreadsheets, ERPs, CMMS exports (Maximo, Fiix, UpKeep, Limble), historians, IoT. Provenance is captured per record. What used to take a consulting engagement takes days.

02

Run your operation

One platform for asset, work, knowledge, on-call, and observability. The AI host reads across all of it; the workflow engine automates the routine; the audit log records everything.

03

Integrate, extend, prove

Our MCP server exposes Daurada to your AI tools, securely. Webhook events on every entity. Field-level audit trail. Server-generated PDF reports for regulators. Designed to operate alongside the systems you keep.

Domain de la Daurada

Our reference operation, and a sample tenant that you can try out, is a destination winery on the Costa Daurada. In a single business it runs vineyard blocks (with soil-moisture sensors and Netafim irrigation controllers), wine production (Bucher presses, KHS bottling, Fanuc palletizer), barrel cellars (Carel HVAC), nine event spaces (weddings, masterclasses, the harvest festival), a CHP cogeneration engine with Tesla Powerwall, and a fleet of LandCruisers and Sprinters.

One Daurada Prime tenant. One Asset Registry covering agriculture, manufacturing, hospitality, energy, fleet — all classified across the dimensions that matter to the operator. One on-call structure with three pools. One audit trail. One AI host that can answer questions across all of it.

That's the test. If your operation is any one of those things, Daurada handles it. If your operation is several of them at once, and most asset-heavy operations are, then Daurada is the only platform built for that.

Operating Philosophy

What we mean when we say AI-native, compliance-aware, and built for the long haul.

  • Architecture horizon

    The legacy way

Architect for ten months. Add-ons upon add-ons.

    The Lucendus Way

Architected with operator experience from the start and for the long haul.

  • AI placement

    The legacy way

Cosmetic. A chat panel on top.

    The Lucendus Way

Structural. AI as an integral part of the design, reading the same event stream with a view across all stored data.

  • Compliance

    The legacy way

    A paid tier.

    The Lucendus Way

A built-in feature. Data close to you. Audit-ready by default. Local-framework aware (GDPR, EU AI Act, SOC-2 alignment).

  • Source of truth

    The legacy way

    The nightly extract

    The Lucendus Way

Event streams, data provenance notations, and no double bookkeeping.

  • Output

    The legacy way

    More dashboards.

    The Lucendus Way

    AI-assisted Insight, Action, and Resolution.

DESIGN PARTNER PROGRAM

Shape the Future of Operations Intelligence

We're working with a small cohort of operations leaders to build Lucendus against real data, real problems, and real workflows. In exchange for your time and candor, you get lifetime early-access pricing and direct influence over the roadmap.

  • Lifetime early-access pricing — locked for the duration of your relationship
  • Direct roadmap influence — your problems drive prioritisation
  • Platform configured against your actual data — not a demo environment
  • Initial cohort limited to five organisations
