Integrations

Keep useful systems connected to the operation.

Your operation already has systems that do important jobs. Lucendus provides integration surfaces for connecting their records and events to assets and work, with a deliberate choice of data ownership, permissions and connection scope.

Connected systems

Your systems.
One connected operation.

Keep the tools your people know. Connect finance, servicing, workplace systems and field data through Lucendus, with each integration shaped around your workflow.

Why it matters

Where disconnected records slow the work.

The same record is entered more than once

Repeated entry creates work and leaves teams reconciling differences between systems.

Identifiers do not line up

An equipment name in monitoring may not match the asset tag used by the service team.

A connector name hides the real scope

Knowing that two systems can connect does not tell you which records move, in which direction or under whose authority.

What you can do

Define the connection around the work it supports.

Connect the records and events you need while keeping each system's responsibilities clear.

Configured integration instances

Manage the connection settings and credentials required for an available provider. Separate the provider's capabilities from the configuration chosen for your organisation.

APIs for operational records

Use supported API surfaces to exchange records with other systems. Agree identifiers, field mapping and update ownership before automating changes.

Events linked to a response

Connect relevant incoming events to the asset or work they concern. Define which information is useful and what follow-up the receiving team should perform.

Controlled access for connected tools

Scope integration and tool access to the intended operation. Review the available provider capabilities and permissions rather than assuming every installed connector supports every workflow.

Example workflow

A monitoring event needs to reach the maintenance team.

The integration maps the source equipment identifier to the corresponding Lucendus asset.

The team agrees which events should create work and what context should accompany them. Responsibility and follow-up are then handled in the work record rather than inferred from the monitoring message alone.

The rollout includes checking errors and duplicate events, as well as a successful message. That gives the team a connection it can operate and investigate when a source system changes.

Plan your rollout

Confirm the exact provider and workflow.

During discovery, confirm the available adapter, authentication method, data direction and supported operations for each system. API access does not imply a prebuilt connector, and a listed provider does not imply that every product feature is integrated. Start with a concrete exchange and expand after validation.

Getting started

Start with a workflow your team knows.

01

Name the operational handover

Choose one record or event that currently requires repeated entry or manual forwarding.

02

Agree the connection contract

Define identifiers, field ownership, permissions and the handling of failed exchanges.

03

Validate with representative records

Test normal and exceptional cases before extending the connection to a wider scope.

Your next step

Explore Integrations with your team.

Bring the systems you use and one handover you want to improve. We can identify the integration scope that would support it.
